MONITOR TWO IN ONE PHILIPS 24B1D5600


Philips launches a monitor, two in one, a traditional LCD monitor and an E Ink display. The two-in-one monitor called the Philips 24B1D5600 actually consists of two parts, one part is a 23.8-inch LCD display and the other is a 13.3-inch electronic ink panel.

Much of the time a computer is used, it is used to read PDFs, consult tables, look at web pages, etc. Reading, definitely. It is a process that, with a backlit screen, tires the eyes.

The aim of this monitor is to rest your eyes, the moment we have to read a text we pass it to the second screen, which has an electronic ink panel. This screen doesn’t emit light, so it reads just like paper.

As for its availability, the two-in-one monitor Philips 24B1D5600 can be ordered through the Good e-Reader store for $1,499 and shipped worldwide. Otherwise, the monitor is currently only for sale in China, where it is priced at 5,999 yuan, which is equivalent to around $840.
